JCPenney — Local services in Yuma

I used to have loyalty to JC Penney because I love the styles they sell. I have had three bad experiences with each of my three recent orders. In this review, I am addressing the poor make Iof Sketchers shoes. In April 2019, I bought Sketchers Microburst Walking Shoes Taupe. I love the visual design of this product. Normally, I am loyal to Skechers brand. Unfortunately, the trim behind the ankle of this item dug into my Achilles tendon and caused BLEEDING. Enough blood came out to create 2 inch stains on the back of both socks at the place of the Achilles tendons. I took scissors and cut the back and center trim of each Sketchers Microburst. I felt the pieces, and it had a tiny defect which was causing the BLEEDING. I called Sketchers customer service to report what happened. The representative almost recorded the word "discomfort" for my story, and I had to correct her that the shoes caused BLEEDING. I don't know if I'll buy another Sketcher product. I have had two other problems with JC Penney orders, three in a row, so I have switched...

Frustrated! Having sales all over which is good but I was in the market for a bra. Nothing in any order. Bras scattered all over the place. The dressing room was piled full of clothes and bras people just left in the room...Im very hard to fit. I found a couple on JC Penny on line so decided to go in person to see if they had others and to try them on. They did not have one single bra in my size that I could find and there was no one around that area to ask either. Totally frustrated and bummed. I just left. Went to target and found a couple that would 'do' still not totally satisfied but better than nothing. UPDATE: Hesitantly I went back here just recently to find a purse. Apparently they must of been having a bad day on my first visit. This time the area was well organized and they had a great selection of purses for me to choose from. The gal at the register was kind, cheerful and helpful. This gal coupled up with my positive experience led me to go ahead and even get a Penny's card. I'll be back. I'm moving my rating from 2 stars...

I found what I was looking for but it took me almost 2 hours. The racks were messy. There was no order or organization done... I could understand if they just had a big ad out. But, it was a sale that has been going on for over a week.i was trying to find size 12, tall 32 inseam dress slacks. I went through every rack in the better sports wear including clearance. Nothing was in order size 4 and 6 we're mixed in with the sizes 16 and 10. When some size 12 were found the petites were mixed in and the pants were hung on the hangers in every different way possible making it impossible to just find what wanted. If I had not promised something to my daughter I would have left. As it is it may be the first and last time I shop at this Penny's Store. I can not blame the employees because the only one I saw was the cashier. Obviously they don't have enough help..I'd week in the...
