Del Taco — Restaurant in Yuma

I stopped by the drive thru and had not been to del taco in over 6 months. I was excited to grab some food with my coworkers, so I asked for three separate orders. The lady imminently said “NO!” She did not apologize or state why I could not place three separate orders in the drive thru. I was in shock and asked why not. The lady responded “I am not taking three orders, if you want to place three orders then get off and order inside.” Again I was in shock as her tone was aggressive and hostile. I offered to pay for my coworkers so we can place one order together as we did not have much time left on our lunch break. We ordered and she repeated the order back to me. She stated I ordered a regular coke instead of a Coke Zero and so I corrected her. Her immediate response was “ugh, that’s what I said!” When I arrived to the window, I was not greeted. The lady shoved the food in front of the window and when I asked for sauce, she made an annoyed face. When I arrived back to my office, my coworkers and I felt like the food did not taste right and we still felt bothered by the horrible customer service we received. The Customer Service was lacking, appeared the Manager was working the drive thru, and preventing the inside cashier from doing her job properly. Normally you place your order, you pay, get your receipt and then wait for your number to be called. Not here, the cashier took order without entering it in register, then took your money. And it took forever to get your change once you paid because the cashier kept going over to the Manager for something while checking on order, and holding your money the entire time. Not sure who was to blame for the bad service regarding order taking, however the food was very well prepared and tasted great. Kudos to the individual preparing orders. They are the reason for 3 stsrs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This place was horrible. Messed up on orders. Food was bad. I had to repeatedly tell cashier what I had ordered after I had already waited for a while. The Manager was extremely rude! She deserves to be fired! She doesn’t know how to treat customers! We bought food and consumed it despite it being wrong. While we waited for the restroom, she kicked us out because we were laughing and threatened to call the cops! Never been to a place where they’ve kicked someone out for having a good time! So so rude. I have been to many Del tacos and this one is the worst. Please if you decide you want Del taco food, go to a different one! This one does not...
