Starbucks — Restaurant in Yuma

My wife and I drive past the drive thru Starbucks on Pacific and in 115 degrees get out of the car and have our iced teas and coffees made here at this Starbucks in the mall. They seem to love their job and appreciate that it costs twice as much as it should so it better be perfect! When I'm paying $7 for a coffee milkshake essentially, I like the people taking my money feeling like they have to earn it, and they do. Cheerful and willing to try new flavors or combinations with no risk. Its a day changer and thats worth $7 to me. These guys do it right.

It really shows when the staff at this store comes up with some amazing drink that I can't live without, and I am somewhere else and craving it, so I order this drink without knowing any better and the different Starbucks rolls their eyes or tells me its impossible. I actually Loathe spending my money, especially when I know its cheaper everywhere else, but this Starbucks makes me look forward to when I deserve a little something after pinching...

My morning was going awsome anvi told my mother about how I order my coffee online and I just go and pick it up no wait just right there waiting for me so I get there and there a lady that ask for my name I said Mary ,she said the lables didn't print it out and asked me my order Wich I order online so I thought it would be easier if I got my phone to show her the order so she can read it and make it but she cut me off in middle of telling her didn't ready it so she can get I right or didn't listen to the whole description so she walks off and start making a drink like she know what I order ....so I wait an sh handse ice coffees and I looked at her and glanced andy screen and look at her again i old her thos ain't what I order and she throws them out and had additude like if I was tryin to get something other then I ordered so I told on other lady look look at my screen I'm showing her that it says hot coffees and the lady...

I had a bad experience with the cashier who prepared my drink. I also paid and she didn't charge me for a cup I took from the counter. She had a very unfriendly face. When she was preparing my drink I saw that she put another cup on it and then took it away trying to get the lid to fit. When my daughter took the drink she dropped it on the floor. She acted like nothing had happened and with her unfriendly face she finished other drinks and I had to wait longer for a cookie I ordered. I had to say that there was coffee on the floor and her response was "I already know." I was upset that the drink maker had a dog-like face and was curt instead of being friendly. I think they could have prepared another drink even if they charged me for it, but they acted like nothing...
