The pace of service at this location is almost non-existent. It was very apparent that this is a small town Beef O Brady's. I just bought a house out in Zephyrhills so this was my first time going to this Beef 'O' Brady's and unfortunately this will also be the last time I go to this Beef O'Brady's. I have a receipt that says I placed an order to go at 6:26 I did not receive my food to go until 6:52 for the amount of time it took to get six wings I could have sat and ate at the restaurant. The food was still good so if you have all the time in the world to wait for your food by all means. For only 6 wings I paid $8.77 way overpriced. The waitress / bartender took my to-go order and I waited and I observed sitting customers who were done eating call over another waitress place a to-go order and receive their food before me. Clearly they were regular customers cuz they were hugging the waitress and chit-chatting like they were old friends. I observed an employee get off of work go to the kiosk place an order and received their food before me. now as the bartender /waitress handed out this food she would often look back at me to see if I was observing her, to see my face expression and to see if I was becoming impatient. I was, I was almost on the break of saying give me a refund I no longer want the wings that took 30 minutes to receive. By the way I did tip her but this was before the fact that I sat there like I was eating in the actual restaurant on a to-go order. Not to mention I also observed which everyone else could hear if they were sitting closer to the bar the personal conversations that was taking place between the waitress and the cooks which is probably something that contributed to the slow response time. Read moreIt was Super Bowl Sunday and it took us 15 minutes to even get a waitress over for a drink. There was one table that had food, there were 3 tables total plus mine made for not very many people in there. When we got there. It took another 20 minutes to get her to take our order. We had to find Her. She stayed in the back. Another waitress I had the flag down to get our appetizers twenty five minutes later When we confronted the waitress that was not ours. She tried to convince us gaslight us that there were a ton of tickets hanging in the windowand that they were very busylike I said we were the Third or fourth table there before the crowd came in, which ended up being 10 tables total, while the cook leaned up against the back wall out of the kitchen. We could see him with this apron and gloves on talking to the waitresses. While they were hiding behind the wall because he was facing them. We knew that he was talking to them. They were having a good old time. Where had to constantly ask the bartenderfor drinks and update on food. Very, very poor service with the waitress. I've had her a couple of times before and did not like having her as our waitress. Other waitressesare very good. We have eaten at this restaurant many times without instances. Unless we get certain waitressesthat just don't care about their jobs. The food was cold. Imagine that sitting in the winfor so long, but the Chicken wings at the end were very hot and good. Read moreFor starters we walked in and there were 1 bartender and 1 server. The bartender Hannah doing tables also. It wasn’t really all that busy. 4-5 tables and 2 people at the bar. I ordered a chocolate Martini and the bartender looked at me and said “oh ur gonna make me work today”! She then told me it would be 5 mins for my drink. My boyfriend ordered a water. I was ok with this as I bartend and waitress for a living. Then within 15-20 mins of still waiting on my drink and her even unsure if they had the stuff to make my martini. I then said I would just take a lavender. 4 times I told her that within 5 mins apart as I am watching her get other customers drinks that r just walking in. Finally we ordered our appetizers. Still no drink. Got our appetizers and still no drink. 35 mins later I finally once again tell her I will just take a lavender. She looked at me and said “what’s that?” It’s on ur menu and u r a manager u said and u dont know what that drink is. Boyfriend waited over 10-15 mins on a refill of water. We never even got to order our meal as she never came back to us to ask how the food was or if we were ready to place our food order. We went to a different location last year and had a wonderful experience. I really want to put the blame on the new owners as they should be there help running the place. U don’t buy a new location and not be there for ur staff or even to make sure ur customers r getting the service they deserve! Will never go back to this...
