Five Guys — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

Worst five guys location. Jalapeño and hot sauce specifically on receipt but they never put it on. Yesterday I specifically asked for hot sauce on the side because I already knew they didn't put it on, which they didn't.

Today they forgot the jalapeños and hot sauce which was on the order. On top of that, they put BBQ sauce which I didn't order and would never put on a cheeseburger. They regularly mess up toppings which is why I stopped going a few months ago. I came back yesterday to find they still completely mess up toppings. I also ordered Cajun and they gave me regular fries. I don't know why they can't manage to do something as simple as put the correct toppings on. McDonalds does...

The place smells bad upon entry. While waiting for my food, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the chairs are -- Quite disgusting.

I picked up my food and the order was wrong, so glad I checked before I drove away. I took it back inside and the girl with the black teeth who took my order, grabbed the receipt and sure enough, she hit the wrong button and I had a topping I didn't request. Instead of apologizing, she kept talking about the topping I had ordered... I asked her to please replace it with the correct order.

Once I got the correct burger, it was good, but the whole in store experience was...

Came in at 8:50pm they close at 10pm for a hot dog and a sweet tea and was told they were out of hot dog buns strike 1 but would substitute a hamburger bun for the hog dog bun. But, went to get sweet tea and was out, strike 2. Who knows how long it had been out. Went back to tell the girl she was out, and she said I'm not going to make more tea at this late hour. Okay the hot was actually good on the hamburger bun. But, strike 3 was when the peanuts were stale and a little soggy. Definitely not our usual experience at Five Guys. Maybe some management...
