Called for delivery and didn't realise I had called Dade City store gave address 4 times even gave City of zephyrhills and the zip code. Guy had hung up maybe on accident so I called back and he argued with me saying I hung up on him. He was rude and very slow and clearly a new worker. Then he charged me $20 something dollars for 2 of the $5.99 mix n match pizzas I ask why and he says that he had to charge me an extra topping for white sauce on pizza instead of red sauce??? I told him no not even if you order online, it asks what sauce you want no Xtra charge. And I said nevermind I don't care charge me whatever I just need this order put in so my kids can eat. Now mind you that my husband and me are eating out for dinner date night at ABC pizza in Dade City wonderful BTW!😊 After I was done ordering dominoes we went in to ABC. I waited an hour they said 20 to 30min. Then delivery driver says he can't find house I tell him which store it's near and said right down from Zephyrhills high school and even said "you are in zephyrhills right?" He says oh yeah yeah I know where it's at be there in a min. I never get a phone call from anyone and no pizza 20min later I call delivery driver back he says I called the wrong store. That's all he says so I have to ask him what about my credit card you charged he says it will eventually get cancelled. So I go to zephyrhills store tell them what happened he didn't even know what to say. So he just had me order all over again he did say he was sorry but that's all. I called the other store and spoke with manager she says sorry he was new the 1 who took order and she doesn't know why she has the delivery drivers she has? What the heck does this even mean? Why's that my problem? So she just says sorry about that. Not that I was trying to get anything free but I honestly couldnt believe almost 2hrs later I get my children's dinner and they didn't even offer me some free bread or something. Whatever happen to keeping customers happy? This doesn't exist anymore. And to top it off I have to wait 2 to 3 days to get my money back on my card for the Dade City order and had to pay all over again in zephyrhills that's messed up. Whole reason I had called wrong store was because when I googled dominoes phone number I was in Dade City and hit the 1st number listed because I always do this when I order from home in zephyrhills and so I didnt realize it pulled up Dade City number 1st because I was in Dade City so yeah that was my fault but after repeating full address and City so many times to not 1 but 2 people they should've told me I needed to call the other store and gave me the number. Me and my husband Finnish our dinner at ABC pizza in Dade City and drive all the way to zephyrhills dominoes and my poor kids had to wait so late almost 7:30pm to eat there dinner. Never will I go to Dade City dominoes and had someone just called me back and said hey you called the wrong store then I could e just drove o er and picked the pizza up because I was right there but the idiot driver never called me back or bothered to call the store and let them know so I was already all the way back to zephyrhills. Zephyrhills store I'd give a 4 Dade City I'd give 0 stars...

I was not impressed tonight. We ordered a pizza special Domino's is running, $9.99 for any pizza with any toppings. Sounds like a goof deal, right? And it was a pretty simple order: large hand tossed pie; garlic Parm crust; double Italian sausage; double mushroom; fresh garlic; add extra cheese.
The pizza was ready when I arrived.
I checked the order before I left. There was hardly and toppings on it much less EXTRA sausage; EXTRA mushroom. EXTRA cheese. Where is the garlic? Garlic darkens and browns. Can you see it in the attached pictures because I can not? Am I wrong? Additionally, it was cut unevenly and not even close to being cut through.
I showed it to the counter attendant and asked "this is extra sausage and mushrooms?". His replay was "we weigh everything, that's extra"
Well it's a good thing I got extra then because some of these slices barely have 2 pieces of sausage or mushroom on them. Those must be some seriously heavy mushrooms. And if that is extra cheese, which I paid for, then it's not worth the cost.
As you can see while it's not exactly burnt, it IS over cooked. Impressive because that takes some actual effort with a chain oven to push the pizza back in.
Had I not gotten this for a promotional price this ONE pizza would have cost $27.49, as in almost $30 for 3 toppings with a sprinkle of "extra" for 2 of the toppings because there is no way that is DOUBLE toppings yet it counts double when ordering "extra". Frankly I don't think this was even worth the $9.99 + whatever "extra" cheese costs much less nearly $30.
Very disappointed as the last few times we had Dominoes it was excellent.
On the flip side the Parm Bites were very good
With out the promotional prices this would have been almost $40 with tax for 2 items which is what I'm marking below as the actual cost of the meal. (Older review) Domino's has really stepped up their game. If it has been a while for you give...
Read moreWell, let me tell you about my recent experience with Domino's Pizza, and it wasn't a slice of heaven, let me tell you. So, we were all excited for a pizza night, right? I mean, who doesn't love sinking their teeth into a cheesy, saucy pie after a long day? But oh boy, were we in for a disappointment.
We ordered what was supposed to be a large pizza from Domino's, but when it arrived, it was more like a personal pan pizza on steroids. I'm talking tiny, folks. I've seen bigger pizza slices at a kid's birthday party. It was like they took a regular-sized pizza and put it through a shrink ray or something.
Now, I get it, sizes can vary a bit, but this was ridiculous. It was like they were playing some sort of cruel joke on us. And let's not even get started on the toppings. It was like they were rationing them out like it was the apocalypse or something. I mean, come on, where's the generosity?
To add insult to injury, the crust was so thin it was practically see-through. I felt like I was eating toppings on a cracker. And don't even get me started on the taste. It was bland, cardboardy, and just overall disappointing. I've had better frozen pizzas from the supermarket, and that's saying something.
So yeah, needless to say, Domino's Pizza won't be getting any more of my dough (pun intended). If you're craving pizza, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll...
