I go here all the time. Hopefully this review reaches ownership. The other day I went through the drive through. I ordered a medium caramel frozen coffee. I will note the place was unusually busy. The cashier was handed my drink, and I noticed it was a small. So the cashier went to hand it to me then noticed as well that it was a small and was supposed to be a medium. No big deal. Theyāre busy. I planned on just taking the small because my rather large self donāt need the medium anyways. Well, the cashier took the drink, went around the corner for no more than 20 seconds, and returned with a medium cup containing an extremely watery āfrozen coffeeā. Bottom line they took the small around the corner, put it in a medium cup, filled it with water, mixed it up, then had the audacity to hand it to me out the window. So against all common sense I took a sip and sure enough, it tasted just how you would image it would. I had to go inside. when I told the employees about it they asked no questions and made me a new one. It was delicious. But they knew. They knew when I walked in the door. The employee knew what she did. Absolutely no excuse for manipulating the product and serving it to the customer. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. These types of things can lead to litigation. I can wait another 2 minutes while they make another one. Mistakes happen. TO MANAGMENT; Please let your employees know that putting quality product out of the window consistently is the most important thing behind safety. Iām a regular customer. At least 4 times a week. I hate having to wonder if my drink is gonna be good today. Dunkin is a large chain and franchises are required to not deviate from the recipes and meet the quality standards set forth by Dunkin. No excuses. THAT BEING SAID, I have seen major improvement at this location over the last year or so. Especially when it comes to product in stock. This place used to never have anything. I had issues ordering from dunkin through door dash app where the staff does not pay attention to what is being requested on the order. Example I ordered 1 Lg hot and 1Lg ice and what they gave me was 2 Lg iced. They messed up the breakfast sandwiches as well this was like the 3-4th time the same issue happened and yes I went through door dash and wow they gave me $5 back out of the $20 I had spent WOW so the final mess up I called dunkin and spoke to a manager I informed her this was not the first time Iām not getting what I ordered and she said she was so sorry to give my name when ever I drive up and they would take care of me and would not expire. I said okay SO this morning I go and I ordered I get to the window and I told the cashier that I was told to give my name and that itās on the board. The manager or who ever she was said my name is not there and that they lied. Like seriously.. she wanted to argue with me and I told her the whole story and sheās like well what do you want me to do. I DONT WORK THERE YOU DO!!! I never look for free hand outs but I would be fine with even a 10% i used to spend so much money there but after that horrible customer service no thank you! Iām soft spoken and the women at the ordering station in drive thru asked me to speak up which is total understandable. But I was ordering a small pumpkin ICED chai and she yelled at me 2 or 3 times about whether the pumpkin chai was hot or iced when I said pumpkin ICED chai. I overheard someone else on the speaker telling her I said iced and then I told her my order. I understand the frustration that may go on behind the scenes at Dunkin because I used to be in the coffee business too as a barista at Starbucks but NEVER have I heard someone yell through a headset while taking an order. This was ridiculous. At the window I spoke to a very nice woman about what happened and she told me that thatās just how the other woman speaks to people. So Dunkin head quarters or whoever is in place of higher management, this woman who yelled at me through the head set needs to be spoken to or fired. It doesnāt matter if thatās how you are used to speaking to others, in customer service you should NEVER yell at someone. This experience was distasteful, disrespectful, and disgusting.
