I usually enjoy this place since the brown haired younger girl started working here! She's such an awesome employee, very fun, a real delight, especially, since my last visit previously. .. the skinny blonde older woman, guarenteed drug addict! She's a miserable prude!! She runs around outside making drug deals, making fun of the other girls that are inside actually doing their jobs! I asked shouldn't they be taking there break or back away from the store front because they were smoking Marijuana directly in front of the store!!! He response was in the general manager, and the older blonde said yeah and I'm the stoe manager I do what I want when I want so please go mind your own!! Was her response! When I go in they don't get you and if they do it's what do you want or what bread you want! I am not racist by any means, but Damm have some respect for yourself and your employers, as well as your so called store! I went another time on a Friday night the black girl that was working over night as well was absolutely amazing!!! And the old lady was also working that night but was in and out of the store at least 3 times meanwhile the other woman was doing everything. She comes in beside me and my children and says her so the guy outside wants ice she spoke up and said excuse me this is not the place nor the time and your rude. Please leave and collect yourself before I act as your manager. We have customers and I don't even know what you are speaking of so the old lady lays in to of the counter and said in her gave he's asking if you know where he can get some dope you know meth! This I swear!!! Ask my kids, if you do not Believe me! She says really? Well you won't be here long. The black lady responded I am so sorry. I told her she handled it very well and I was appalled at the so called manager!! She kept apologizing and offered a free cookie for each of us and I replied for the kids are enough and if like to give mine to you that's the last you deserve! Between her and the younger brown haired girl I Believe they deserve a metal or an award for having to put up with those women as managers! Those poor girls are their doing their jobs and the managers jobs both! I think her name starts with a B like brandy, or Brittany or something?? I could be wrong. .. however this store needs to be revaluated! Until then I will never come back until I know those women are gone and the real employees are credited the way they desrve!! This place is ridiculous and is obviously not being watched property by the right people.. everyone acts terrified of this so called manager.. Read moreSo I'll start with a positive. The food is good and fresh and it seems clean. Now the negative, came in one night after ordering online and I normally go here. So the sub I ordered I wanted to make sure was Made the correct way this time so I came in after ordering online to get the discount. Came in and talk to the woman that was making my sub and asked if the sub she was making was mine. She rudely and with an attitude said go sit down. I just wanted to know if it was the sub you were making was the one I just ordered because it looked just like the sub I just ordered so that should have been fair question but again she rudely said sit down not please sit down but sit down like I'm a 5-year-old and in kindergarten and she's a teacher is telling me to sit down. So I told her that it was rude and called her on it. She continued to argue and then refused to give me service. I said that was fine and I would ask her if it was a franchise or corporate. Then she replied that her mother was a manager and I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. Then I asked her name but she replied she wasn't going to give it. Since she didn't have a name tag. I let it Go. And then I asked for the receipt of the cancellation. I Go here all the time. Never had an issue until I dealt with her. Maybe the last time I go there until she's removed. Or at the very least an apology. I mean everybody's got a bad day right? Also, as a side note, she wasn't wearing a hair net on her ponytail and it was really frizzy so I believe that's a health code violation since she's supposed to be wearing a hairnet. Could be...
Read moreHad an online order placed @ 1pm waited for 30 minutes when I asked if my order was ready I was told by Jocy that she hadn’t started on it and wasn’t going to be able to get to it anytime soon. I asked for a refund and the person in charge Maxine, yelled across the store I will loose my job if I issue a refund. I asked for the manager and a way to contact them and was told they are in here from 6a-7a daily. There busy with 14 or so different stores. Mind you this whole time I am sitting in the store since 1p it is now 1:35p. At this point I’m still calm not upset at all and ask how to request a refund Again Maxine yells across the store that it needs to go through the app. Both these ladies have an attitude with me from the second I asked when it would be ready and if I could get a Refund. Well Maxine if it is so easy why not show a person how to request it instead of just pushing the request off as (you don’t care enough that I paid good money for a service and your to busy to take 2 minutes to help me out. ) I have never been so frustrated to be a subway customer in my life.
