Al Fresco's Vincom Đà Nẵng — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

All this restaurant seems to care about is profit, not the customer’s experience. • I ordered a regular-size pizza, but what came out was extremely small. • I also ordered an avocado & mango salad, but after 10 minutes they told me the avocado “wasn’t good today” and I had to choose another option. • We came with our 10-month-old baby and wanted to order some soft food for him. Both pumpkin soup and mashed potatoes were unavailable. In the end, we had to get chicken and corn soup. Thankfully, the staff kindly helped us blend it so the baby could eat, and we really appreciated that. • The most disappointing part was when we asked for an empty cup to put water in for the baby, and they refused because we didn’t order drinks. That’s honestly ridiculous—I’ve never experienced anything like that.

The staff themselves were kind, but management seriously needs to improve. Customers should feel cared for and have a pleasant dining experience—not feel like every little thing is about squeezing out...

I’ve been to Al Fresco’s many times. The pizza is just so-so, but overall the food is okay, and there are many options to choose from, which is convenient when dining with friends.

Tonight, I had dinner at Al Fresco’s Vincom. The spaghetti was okay, but the steak wasn’t tender. When the staff asked if everything was okay, I mentioned the steak wasn’t good, and to my surprise, she offered to change it for another dish. I didn’t expect this level of service. In the end, they explained the steak would be the same cut, so changing it wouldn’t help, which was quite funny. 😂

Anyway, I appreciate the attitude of the staff here. She took great care of my table afterward, paying attention to small details, and I noticed she did the same for other tables as well.

What an awesome experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our family of five was greeted with smiles and a great vibe. The lead manager, Thu Phurong, was especially inviting. She noticed us right away and even recommended some dishes. My husband ordered a steak, and she kindly suggested how to have it cooked, reassuring him it would taste amazing. She was right, he only got two bites because our two little ones ate the rest! There’s so much more I could say about the food, but I’ll just keep it simple: go try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
