Community Lounge — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

English: I rarely write reviews, let alone positive ones, but I sincerely felt the need to write one for Community Lounge. The interior is pleasant, and the ventilation is excellent—you won’t leave smelling like shisha smoke. The air conditioning is fantastic, providing a refreshing coolness even when it's hot outside. They offer a great selection of shisha at reasonable prices, and you can ask for advice or customize your experience. The tobacco is high-quality and not local. Both the tea and wine are also great. The crowd is friendly and not too noisy, making it a comfortable place to relax. The owners and staff are very welcoming, and they even speak Russian, which is a plus. Honestly, this is the best shisha service I’ve come across in Vietnam over the past six months. I highly recommend stopping by and forming your own opinion.

Tiếng Việt: Tôi hiếm khi viết đánh giá, đặc biệt là đánh giá tích cực, nhưng tôi thực sự muốn viết một bài cho Community Lounge. Không gian bên trong rất dễ chịu, và hệ thống thông gió tuyệt vời - bạn sẽ không bị ám mùi khói shisha sau khi ra về. Điều hòa hoạt động rất tốt, mang lại cảm giác mát mẻ dễ chịu dù bên ngoài có nóng đến mức nào. Ở đây có nhiều lựa chọn shisha với giá cả hợp lý, bạn có thể nhờ nhân viên tư vấn hoặc tùy chỉnh theo sở thích của mình. Thuốc lá shisha rất chất lượng, không phải hàng nội địa. Trà và rượu cũng rất tuyệt vời. Không gian yên tĩnh, dễ chịu, với những người khách lịch sự. Chủ quán và nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, thậm chí họ còn nói được tiếng Nga. Đây thực sự là dịch vụ shisha tốt nhất tôi đã trải nghiệm ở Việt Nam trong sáu tháng qua. Tôi khuyên bạn nên ghé thăm ít nhất một lần để tự cảm nhận.

На русском: Я крайне редко пишу отзывы, тем более хорошие, но в случае с Community Lounge просто не мог удержаться. Очень приятный интерьер, а вентиляция великолепная — вы не пропахнете дымом кальяна. Кондиционеры тоже на высоте, внутри прохладно, несмотря на жару снаружи. Отличный выбор кальянов по разумным ценам, можно попросить совет или сделать кальян под себя. Табак качественный и не местный. С чаем и вином здесь тоже все на уровне. Очень приятная, ненавязчивая публика вокруг. Владельцы и сотрудники отзывчивы, приветливы, многие говорят по-русски. Объективно, это лучший кальян и сервис, который я нашел во Вьетнаме за последние полгода. Рекомендую хотя бы заглянуть и составить...

Ridiculous Policy - Avoid This Place!

I do not recommend this hookah lounge. We came here to relax and smoke hookah with a group of friends, only to be told about their absurd policy: the number of hookahs you can order is strictly limited by the number of people in your group.

It doesn't matter if everyone is smoking or not; the rule is non-negotiable. The staff was not willing to offer any alternative solutions and were completely inflexible. We left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I came here on recommendation and the shisha was good but expensive. I’m happy to pay but the service was disappointing. I spent 2hrs there, was happy to order drinks/cocktails and spend money. They changed the coal twice. My shisha was dying so I asked for more coal and they told me it’s not possible. I offered to pay for more coal only to be told No, the shisha after an hour is finished. I know this is not true because I’ve been smoking shisha a long time and have spent hours in places where they change the coal, even if I pay extra for it. I found this distasteful from the team at the lounge. Such a shame and poor service/management unfortunately. I will not be returning...
