Read moreAwesome vibe and aesthetic with absolutely incredible food, some of the best mex I’ve ever had. Spoke to the owner and he was inviting and very friendly, was genuinely interested to hear about our travels and share his recommendations on the food. The Carne Asada Flautas were amazing.
Although the food was relatively expensive, the taste was well worth it and he did give us free chips and dip plus the pool table was top quality.
It was a very hot day and the owner made sure to put fans on us to try and keep us cool. I bet at night time this place would go off.
Only downside was that when we went to pay the bill there was a charge for waters and wet wipes that we used to try and cool off. We thought they were complimentary as we could not see any signage saying otherwise. I understand that everything cost money but if I had known the cost of the waters I would have got myself a cold beer instead. No other place we have been to have charged for wet wipes, simple signage could fix this issue completely.
Overall, had a very enjoyable experience but was a bit disappointed when I saw some costs on the bill that I was not expecting.
Would highly recommend this place to others. the food was worth the price, art work was sick, free pool to play and a great location.
A little more heads up on chargeable items to clear any confusion would make this place...
Read morei am a full time traveler.. i used to stay in mexico for 8 months a year, but now i travel everywhere in search of good mexican food..
i always order the same meal my first hit on a mexican restaurant.. camarones el diablo (devil’s shrimp).. this dish is my benchmark for authentic mexican taste.. it must have the flavor of mexican chiles and spices but not so hot that you can’t savor the dish.. this place certainly made the grade..i give it an A-.. the minus is only symbolic because nothing is perfect but this dish is as close as you can get..
the next time i had their camarones ceviche platter.. I don’t know where this guy pulls his flavors from but this was another outstanding dish..😳
the next time I had the carne asada tacos, and if you close your eyes the flavor takes you to street tacos in hermosillo, mexico..
this place is a true gem in danang.. i’ve eaten at 4 mexican restaurants here and by far, loco tay filters to top..
two more things must be mentioned.. don’t drink more than 2 margaritas.. he’s proud of his tequila..😂🤪 and one very important point.. the place is spotless!
the owner’s name is sebastian..you won’t have to ask for him because he’s out there making sure his customers are enjoying their meals..
