This is a tiny little neighborhood shop and a definite must-go place for anybody who loves local, traditional dishes, and in particular duck meat, heart, liver, and gizzard, in either a salad or a porridge, and also a side of half a pig head boiled freshly and incredibly scrumptious. The duck meat is so tender and juicy, and served in a combination of mint and basil and cucumbers and several veggies I'm not sure what they are, but they all taste fantastic together and it's served with a spicy dipping sauce. duck porridge = michelin listed classic. definitely worth trying.
duck salad with herbs, green mango, peanuts etc. is yum. note that they chop the ducks in pieces incl. bones.

michelin listed in 2023/24/25.
