Absolutely appalling and negligent service overshadowed delicious food.

While the seafood at Phát Mỹ Hạnh Đà Nẵng was undeniably tasty, the service we experienced was shockingly negligent and frankly, insulting. From the moment we sat down, we felt completely ignored. Another group that arrived after us received prompt attention, leaving us struggling to decipher the menu without any assistance.

The blatant favoritism was horrifying. We observed other patrons being provided with gloves and even having their tiger shrimp meticulously peeled for them – an offer that was never extended to us, even as they watched us get our hands disgustingly messy trying to remove the shells with inadequate utensils. The lack of foresight and basic customer care was outrageous. Despite the delicious dishes, the abysmal service completely ruined our dining experience.

It was also quite expensive for the food and service.

Such negligence is unacceptable, and I will be taking my business to establishments that value all their customers and provide a basic level of attentive and equitable service. Avoid this place if you expect anything beyond...

Ordered a crab, which was delicious. The service however was horrifying. There were 5-10 servers in this huge restaurant, which at the time was almost empty. Only one of the servers spoke English. The rest were just talking to each other and giggling. They brought me the wrong crab- which they let me know by taking the dish away and placing it on an empty table without saying a word after I started eating. I had no idea what was going on and when I tried to retrieve the crab as I was starving they told me it was someone else's. A couple at another table then got that crab which by the time was getting cold and had half-eaten pieces of tomato on the plate...
