BBQ Ribs & Yuzujito Cocktail - The Perfect Combination! I had a wonderful evening at CHÁY! Grill & Bar tonight, and I must say I was completely won over by the two dishes I tried. First was the Smoked Macken BBQ Pork Ribs. This dish was truly exceptional! The ribs were grilled over charcoal, giving them a fragrant, slightly charred crust while the meat inside remained incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sweetness of the BBQ sauce blended with the smoky aroma of the macken spice to create a unique and unforgettable taste. To pair with the rich, grilled ribs, I ordered a Yuzujito cocktail. This was an absolutely perfect combination. The refreshing, zesty flavor of the yuzu and lime in the cocktail cut through the richness of the ribs, preventing it from feeling heavy and allowing me to enjoy the meal to the fullest. This cocktail was not only delicious but also very easy to drink, making it perfect for anyone who loves fruity flavors. The restaurant's atmosphere was still very cozy and sophisticated, with music at just the right volume for relaxing. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. I will definitely be back to enjoy this fantastic combination again. A truly memorable...
Read moreI feel pity for you if you are discovering Cháy Burger on your last night in Dalat. This was one of my top meals in Vietnam at a fraction of the price of tourist spots, and I wish I could have tried more of their amazing unique dishes. They excel at putting a Vietnamese twist on western and European food. I ordered a whiskey sour that blew me away in taste and presentation, the perfect blend of sweet and tartness. For food, I started with the Cheese Bomb, a cool rethinking of grilled cheese on a bed of whipped butter with dabs of homemade jam to add to each bite of gooey goodness.
Before my food even arrived though, they brought a complimentary slice of their made-in-house bread and miso butter which was a fantastic start. And the sign nature double burger, oh my god, cooked perfectly, a harmony of flavours, none overpowering the other, not too messy but stacked high with fresh ingredients in a charcoal bun. My next trip to Vietnam will definitely include a visit to Dalat and a couple more...
Read moreGreat place to eat in Da Lat if you’re looking for European food with an Asian touch. We tried about seven dishes and all of them were great. My favorite was definitely the squid and cheese “bomb.” The squid was very tender and perfectly cooked, with a nice charcoal flavor. The cheese bombs were basically soft focaccia filled with lots of cheese and honey which was sweet and savory, just perfect. We also had ribs and steak; the steak was cooked perfectly, and the ribs were packed with rich umami flavor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations and even explaining all the ingredients in the dishes. The place itself is great for both casual dining and a nice date, and they also have a super clean toilet. Definitely a must-visit...
