I've been here for so many times until today, Im so displeased with drink & their service to write this.
Dont call my favourite drink "bạc xỉu", it's just a cup full of tiny crushed blended ice. Yes, I wanted an iced coffee but not the one in every sip I have to throw some ice out. This is even not coffee ice blender. After 40 mins, it's still an amout of ice half of that cup. It's not coffee, it's just ice with coffee flavors to be honest.
The salted coffee would be a safer choice as they use ice cubes but the cream is not so the classic salted cream, just very mediocre.
As I've been here many times, I see the slightest change in the servuce. Before, I still can ask them to bring the drinks to the other house of them but now, not possible, even when they aree not busy, they make excuse witg "lack of staff" or "being occupied". If so, why keep 2 coffee houses available??? Dont want to mention the staff attitude towards the customer as everyone has their bad day, a toneless response doesn't kill anyone haha.

It's amazing to consider that smoking in cafes and in public places was the norm in America 20 years ago. I only thought it was mildly annoying back then, but now I feel that it's just downright obnoxious to be near smokers when indoors.
The coconut smoothie was fantastic - it's a large scoop of delicious coconut ice cream with a shot of espresso. It was really good and totally hit the spot when it was hot and humid outside. Although the cafe was smoky, we eventually settled in and enjoyed the free wifi while resting our feet and drinking the smoothie.
The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Definitely...

When the bipper sounded I had to bring it stairs up together with holding my belongings and part split out. 20 min later my husband arrived, ordered exactly the same Chocolate coco smoothie and was served with a nice fabric coaster and a wood spoon, he even had chocolate chips in the top. And what’s more infuriating a person brought it up. Zero...
