Anh was exceptional in her massage skill set. Hanoi Spa is very relaxing, friendly service. Conveniently located off a major tourist area in the Old Quarters. Prices are comparable with other spas in the area. Anh was friendly, aside from language barriers, we managed to communicate and had a very positive and relaxing experience. The tools were clearly dirty, and the technician hurt my nails multiple times with the machine without apologizing or being gentle. If you’re a tourist, do yourself a favor and go to a proper salon... even if...
