Worst service restaurant in my life. The feeling of experience is different depend on situation and personality. So some people could have good experience but not for me. i arrived @ 6:30 and staff drive us into corner of right hand side which is like room. But this locatin is ok dued to window sode. The staff resufe to my complaining of mocing table even though i eeserved table 3 days ago. My worry stared from ordering becuase this location is little far from main dining area and staffs did not give any attnetion. When i need serve i need to call the staff loudly or go to main dining area to call staffs Even i complained 3 times to 3 different staff but noboday care us. And finally i complained again with angers to another staff. That time Staff came to my table and checking the service. We was upset so much and my good imagination of Lotte would be chnaged. Even i stayed lottel residence hotel. On more thing is so noisy from around 8:30 because my location was closed to bar as much as our conversation stopped and finally I could not help going out to have another anger drinking. At least I recommend please go out from restaurant immediately if restsurant staff drive you into righ hand corner tables. We had 2 couples dining. Soooooooo much disappointed...

Pleasant dining experience each time, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet, especially thanks to the excellent service of hall staff members who are professional and friendly.

Food choices pack a ton of flavors in reasonable portions. It is possible to eat just a healthy amount with a balance of nutritions, but to do so demands great self-discipline. I end up feasting too much on seafood everytime. 🦞

Pros: good location, stunning view, good service, price for buffet brunch is reasonable Cons: the close proximity of tables, limited selection of dishes, AND THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK for me was the strong smell of lamb in my beef steak (it seemed that the restaurant might have used the same knife or cutting board, which resulted in an unpleasant flavor)
