We came in around 5:10 pm and got our table by the window right away with an excuse that they would have a reservation at 7pm. The view outside the window from 36th floor was amazing, we could see West Lake and evening street lights. It was a busy night as usual on the road. There are 2 restaurants on the same floor. Tim Ho Wan is on the left when you step out of the elevator. We ordered one beer, 1 pineapple juice, 3 dishes in the photo and 1 Hong Kong fried rice. All tasted really good. The waiter cleaned the dishes as we finished. We skipped the dessert. If you plan to visit the restaurant, you should ask the waiter for recommendations such as popular items or signature dishes. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re in the mood for dim sum without breaking the bank. I’d...

I don't understand how he looks and says, "This is the original food and it's not gone bad."
I checked with the kitchen on his request once again and received an answer that there is no problem with the food.
I worked in the kitchen for 30 years.
I am sure the fried radish went bad, but I understand that the food went bad, but I don't understand Lindao's attitude. Is he the chef?
Does it check the condition of the food just by looking at it?
And his unpleasant, boorish, and rude attitude should not be in your restaurant.
I hope you will at least have a small apology and be polite to customer...
