I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times hoping it might improve, but it never does, and that’s exactly why places like this don’t grow or get better. From the very beginning, the issues have been the same starting with the menu. Don’t bother getting your hopes up based on what’s listed online because a lot of what’s in the physical menu isn’t there, and even when you spot something you want, there’s a good chance they’ll tell you it’s unavailable, complete with some of the most ridiculous and clearly made-up reasons you’ll ever hear. The food itself is okay at best, nowhere near the kind of quality or creativity that would justify the high prices they’re charging, and the drink situation is just as uninspired, with barely any decent alcoholic or non-alcoholic options worth trying. The atmosphere is nice enough, but the seating arrangement is exclusively for four people, which is completely impractical if you’re dining alone or as a pair, it’s like they never considered any other kind of customer. Overall, the whole experience feels overrated, overpriced, and stagnant, and no matter how many chances I’ve given it, it’s clear they have no interest in improving, so I’m done wasting my time...

FRIED DIED COOKROACH ON MY FRIED TOFU!!!!! too shock to take the photo of the fried cookroach!!!! The manager didn’t appear and the staff were too unprofessional. They compensated us a dessert but we denied because the manager did not even try to talk to us about their mistake, she only sent other staff to receive us. Until the time we left the restaurant, there was ZERO person try to send us to the door or apologize to us. Everyone was hiding and tried to avoid eyes contact. ONLY 5 tables were unavailable and more than 20 tables were empty but still no an official apologize from the manager. THINK TWICE BEFORE STEP INTO...

The taste of the food here is above average, but the service definitely has room for improvement. One notable issue was that the food was served without utensils, which was quite inconvenient.

The Cha ca was delightful and suited my taste perfectly. The seafood mango salad had a large serving size, but it wasn’t as sour or spicy as one might expect. Lastly, the spring rolls were crispy on the outside and had a generously big portion of filling.
