Great somewhat hidden find since it’s across from Tim Ho Wan and likely overshadowed by it. On the 36th floor of Lotte Hotel.
It’s a modernized, Chinese-Korean fusion restaurant that executed well on all the dishes I tried. Great flavor, massive portions, great service, so all around would recommend will be back to try more dishes.

Read moreI had dinner at Red River, Lotte Hotel Hanoi, and it was an excellent experience. The seafood fried rice was perfectly cooked — each grain fluffy and flavorful, with fresh, sweet shrimp and tender squid.
The meal was beautifully complemented with a light seaweed soup, crunchy roasted peanuts, and pickled vegetables that balanced the flavors just right. Everything was served in elegant white porcelain, making the presentation both clean and refined.
The atmosphere is classy, the service attentive and professional, and the staff very friendly. Truly a wonderful dining experience that I’d love to come back to again.
