My husband and myself stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly especially Serena (Manager) and Sunny (Food Manager). ||Rooms are very clean and a good selection of food choices. ||Being sports people we were disappointed that the gym did not open at 6am, did not have an exercise bike and the gym machine could do with an update. Having water in the gym, towels, cleaning agent to wipe down machinery, dumbbells, a tv or music surround would also be good to have. ||The location of the hotel is also convenient to local amenities too. ||We would still highly recommend the hotel to visitors. ||Thank you Q Hotel for making our stay and our first time in Vietnam special. This hotel is wonderful. We stayed in a different hotel around the corner for our first night in Hanoi, then moved here for the rest of our stay (3 nights) and we are so happy we did! The hotel itself is beautiful, modern but traditional decor, and must be recently renovated as it is absolutely immaculate. The staff are so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was a particular treat and highlight with an amazing view on the 9th floor, classical music playing in the background and a beautiful selection of food items. Delicious coffee too.
