Meal Experience: Physical product: the food is ok there is indeed a care in trying to elevate a dish. Lacking seasoning a bit for european but on point for asian palate. the drinks are what you expect, cocktail are not bad with a good range of selection. price ratio is extremely correct and on point for quality quantity and location.

Environment: environement is calm and charming. If you want to relax and be outside withtout the noisyness of Hanoi this place makes it work. View is extremely enjoyable. equipment and furnitures are proper and well presented. minus point on the table lamp that loses battery too fast. toilet were not functional but do not blame the restaurant, fault to the customers that clogs them. a touch more ambiance sound and dome plants could make it a little bit more warm and more complete.

Staff: the staff attitude is probably one of the most warmest one youcould encounter. while service could be strongly improved for seamless operation through better training and SOPs the attention to your well being and your experience is more than just on par. few items were out of orders and announcement of those came after the order taken, the service recovey experienced overthere showcase all what one should look in an hospitality environment. One of the best recovery ever experienced in Vietnam accross 12 years of residency. For that i command you! with a touch of better sequence of service and better communication in back of house process this place could really reach a mich higher standing than it...

I can't rave enough about this rooftop bar in Hanoi – it's truly a hidden gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the incredible view that stretched across the city. The panoramic sight is absolutely mesmerizing, especially during sunset and at night.

The service at this place is top-notch. The staff is not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. They're well-versed in their offerings and are more than happy to make recommendations based on your preferences.

And let's talk about the cocktails – they're nothing short of fantastic! Each concoction is a work of art, both in presentation and taste. It's evident that the mixologists here take their craft seriously. I found myself trying one unique creation after another, and I was never disappointed.

Sky On9 Rooftop Westlake was one of the most memorable places we visited in Vietnam. It’s not the best signposted entrance but when we got there we were genuinely surprised to find it completely empty when we arrived because the sunset view over Ho Tay was absolutely breathtaking. The peaceful setting gave the night such a special feel and it easily became one of our favorite moments in Hanoi.

We ordered calamari, chicken wings, and on the staff’s recommendation, the Beef Tataki which turned out to be a real highlight. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. They were out of stock of a few menu items but the options we went with didn’t disappoint. It’s definitely a place to go with an open mind relax and enjoy the vibe because the atmosphere more than makes up for it.

The music gave the place a great buzz and added to the rooftop charm. The staff were fantastic super friendly with excellent English and we had a great chat about history where we’re from and life in general.
