Lê Art Cafe Wine Bistro — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I had a very mixes experience here after my visit at the museum. As a walk in i was somewhat welcomed, and first placed at the bar, but after all i was granted a table. Staff seemed not very motivated, not too many smiles, but they warmes up after a while.

The food is european centric and designed to impress. Foie gra, wagyu steaks and lobster bisque- not sure who thought you get customers for that in this location. But i was happy to try.

I ordered a ceasar salad, a very good dish to measure the skills of a chef. It was actually not bad overall, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. The anchovies were missing too.

Next was the octopus. Unfortunately it was undercooked, rubbery and tasted a little off.

I always say, making mistakes is ok, how you handle them is more important. Service was very understanding, took off 30% of the bill and offered free desert and coffee wich i friendly declined. EXCELLENT MANAGED!

Overall, i think they should stop trying so hard to be something they clearly not are or can deliver on. There is potential, but given this experience i would not come back. Still, not a...

I recently visited Lê Art Cafe Wine Bistro and had an extremely disappointing experience. The waitress left before we finished ordering, and she forgot to add the pizza we ordered at the beginning. She didn’t read back our order, and we ended up waiting for half an hour for a pizza that hadn’t even been started. When we asked the manager about it, we were told the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the waitress who made the mistake found it amusing and started laughing. Excelente restaurante, dentro del museo de bellas artes, se puede entrar a través de la puerta principal del museo o por una puerta auxiliar que está al otro lado, tiene un ambiente externo, muy fresco, bajo árboles y otro ambiente interno, un poco más formal y con Aire Acondicionado, por lo tanto, hay opciones, de acuerdo a los gustos y de acuerdo al clima. La comida estaba muy rica, pedimos pasta, boloñesa y pasta de cangrejo que la recomiendo. Personalmente también los cocos son muy bien presentados y frescos y pedí una leche de arroz con crema de sal que estuvo deliciosa, nunca la había probado, y creo que es una bebida especial que recomiendo pedir en este lugar. Los precios son elevados para Vietnam, sin embargo, la comodidad del lugar y el servicio muy rápido y amable y la localización estratégica dentro del museo y ya pocos pasos del templo de la literatura compensa sustancialmente estos valores, también el hecho de qué tengan cocina abierta todo el día, ya que buscamos restaurantes cercanos, pero sólo atendían hasta las 2:30 de la tarde.
