We have travelled across North to South Vietnam, have tried highly rated and Michelin establishments - and this is my most favourite Pho!

The broth is light but full of flavour, there is a generous amount of ginger that is so warming! You can add some garlic and chilli from the table to taste, which makes it even more amazing! The noodles are thick and I've been told they are hand cut. They are generous with their meat portion, you can even ask for extra for a small price. I had the phở bò (rice noodles with rare beef) at Phở Bò Hương Hậu and really enjoyed it. The broth was rich and flavorful—just slightly on the salty side, but still delicious. The rare beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked just right. The Chinese donut was a nice touch—crispy and perfect for dipping into the broth. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The pho was delicious, service quick and staff friendly.
