The broth is light but full of flavour, there is a generous amount of ginger that is so warming! You can add some garlic and chilli from the table to taste, which makes it even more amazing! The noodles are thick and I've been told they are hand cut. They are generous with their meat portion, you can even ask for extra for a small price.
