Convenient location and a welcome addition for sushi lovers at Vincom Metropolis. Their current specials at time of writing are 20% entire check, free pho Mai baked oysters, and free king salmon sashimi (thick cut!) with a nod on social media. Staff are super attentive and always just a call-button push away. Prices are wee bit pricier than expected however the extensive menu and clean, modern, and fun atmosphere is worth return experiences especially with friends. I would really recommend the seared sushi set which can be customized somewhat, the chicken steak that comes with 3 dipping sauces, and their oysters. Đồ ăn ngon, nhưng giá cả tương đối đắt. Dịch vụ vô cùng buồn cười, mình không biết có phải bạn nhận od món ăn và bạn bê món vào bàn có phải 2 bạn khác nhau không, mình đi nhóm 10 người nên có 2 người khác nhau gọi đồ. Khi lên món mình có thắc mắc là: "Em ơi hình như chị không gọi món này." , thì nhận được sự trả lời tỉnh queo của bạn bê đồ là, "Em chỉ phụ trách bê đồ thôi." Lẽ ra thái độ đúng đắn nên có của bạn phải là: chị đợi em 1 lát, e đi xác nhận lại ạ. Nhưng đương nhiên bạn ý khôngnói vậy rồi, bạn ý đặt đồ lên bàn xong đi luôn, k confirm lại xem liệu có bị sai món không. Vấn đề set up món ăn cũng vô cùng thiếu chuyên nghiệp, mình đánh giá do nhà hàng chưa training nhân viên chứ ko thể nào có kiểu phục vụ món ăn lộn xộn như thế. Khách gọi mì chán chê, bạn nhận order xong mình có nhắn luôn mang hộ chị mấy cái bát nữa, nhưng đợi mãi không thấy mang bát lên. Khi mì bên lên thì mới lục đục đi lấy bát, mà lên bát vs thìa lên khá chậm, không cùng 1 lúc. Mì và cơm lươn nguội cả rồi mới thấy lên bát rồi thìa để ăn, thiết nghĩ ngay khi khách gọi xong nên chuẩn bị ngay cho khách.. Món khách đã ăn xong để tràn đầy trên bàn mà nhân viên không đi thu dọn. Khi vào các bạn có bảo là sẽ tặng 3 đĩa bạch quả ăn kèm, nhưng không hề có bê lên. Khi mình ăn gần xong mình hỏi nhắc nhở giục mới bê 1 đĩa lên, 2 đĩa còn lại bạn bảo do nhiều khách quá chưa kịp làm. Mình không biết các bạn nhiều khách thế nào vào một tối t2, vậy cuối tuần còn bận đến như nào. Nhưng kể cả đến cuối buổi cũng không thấy bạn bê lên. +Mất 10 phút từ lúc chốt các món đã gọi cho đến lúc ra bill. Rồi lại thêm time đợi các bạn đi lấy máy pos quẹt thẻ, tiếp tục đợi để lấy bill, may mà k lấy hóa đơn đỏ, không thì không biết sẽ đợi bao lâu nữa. Không gian nhà hàng sang trọng đẹp nhưng quá tối, bậc thang lên xuống trùng điệp mà không cẩn thận ngã rập răng như chơi.
