ordered the baked (quail) eggs. it has toppings of floss, slices of sausages, bit of cheese and green onions. on your table, there would be chili sauce and sweet sauce, so make sure to add them because the combination is super duper yummy.

also ordered the thai sauce oyster and cheese oysters. we didnt know that one portion (55k) comes with 5 pcs of oysters. thought itd be too much given that we were skeptical bout the freshness of them. surprisingly it was very fresh so eating 10pcs of oysters was easy. many also were eating the fried sausage and garlic oysters there.

Cozy local food place with outside service. You get to eat your food sitting on the typical low plastic chairs. Food was delicious! I ordered the grilled oysters with cheese (VND 50,000 for 5 pieces), a plate of sliced sausages with hot sauce on the side (also VND 50,000), grilled eggs (their specialty; VND 10,000), and lemon iced tea (VND 17,000). After a long day on a tour to Ninh Bin, we were looking for something with a truly local taste. After walking off the main drag, we discovered this little gem. The eggs cooked over a charcoal grill with pork floss and tamarind sauce are a definite must. We also opted for the chicken skewers and let me tell you… you won’t be disappointed.
