I'm reviewing the morning shift of the restaurant which serves Bánh Ướt. The dísh itself was pretty standard. I enjoyed it. I suspect they make their own meat, but something was off. A bit too fatty maybe. The service was really nice. Friendly and warm. That's something I really liked, in a country where service is usually very bad. The place itself is above average. It's their home like many other places. It is relatively clean. 40k for a fairly small portion is a bit expensive.
Now, the problem is, there is another place out in the streets 30sec away on foot that serves better Bánh Ướt and more of it for 15k less.
