các nhân viên khác không biết như thế nào , nhưng riêng con nhân viên này (xin lỗi vì dùng từ con, vì nó quá mất dạy) cực kì thái độ với khách , tối 29/8/2024 , khoảng 21 giờ , tôi đến mua bánh trung thu , tôi chọn mua hộp đặc biệt 6 cái như trên bảng báo giá treo ở tiệm , có 1 cái bánh dẻo do hết hàng , tiệm thay thế bằng loại khác bằng giá , nó nói tôi không hiểu nên tôi có hỏi lại , thế là nó bắt đầu thái độ lườm liếc cọc cằn ... tôi mặc kệ , chấp nhận mua , xong tới công đoạn bỏ bánh vào hộp , nó nhanh tay đóng hộp lại , tôi nói đưa tôi xem bánh kiểm tra xem thế nào , cảm giác mua hộp bánh để biếu mà ko nhìn được cái bánh , ko xem được cái hộp nó ra làm sao luôn .... con này nó lườm liếc tiếp

tôi thấy góc trái hộp bị rách tôi bảo : hộp này rách ở góc rồi em ơi nó bảo : kiểu nó là vậy đó , tôi nói rách rõ ràng , téc ra thế này mà kiểu gì , nó mới đổi cho tôi hộp khác , suốt quá trình mua bánh nó cực kì thái độ , không chỉ với tôi mà tôi thấy khách trước tôi cũng bị nó thái độ như vậy ... tôi cũng tính làm um sùm lên ngay tại lúc đó , nhưng nghĩ khách cũng đang đông , mắc công ảnh hưởng đến tiệm !

đề nghị phía Như Lan check camera lại ngày hôm đó xem và dạy lại nhân viên của mình , đừng để 1 con sâu làm rầu nồi canh , 1 thương hiệu bao nhiêu năm gầy dựng lại mướn 1 con mất dạy vào làm , dở giọng trịch thượng với khách hàng như vậy ! đáng lý ra tôi nên ko mua bánh ngay từ khi nó tỏ thái độ với khách hàng như vậy ! cầm hộp bánh về tới nhà mà ko biết mình đi mua bánh hay là đi xin ăn .... đây là lần đầu cũng là lần cuối cùng tôi sử dụng các sản phẩm của thương hiệu Như Lan ! tôi sẽ mang câu chuyện này để kể tới tất cả mọi người , để lần sau họ có đến mua hàng mà gặp phải tình trạng thế này thì giải quyết tại chổ luôn !

The female cake seller is extremely rude!  I don't know about the other employees, but this employee (sorry for using the word "child", because she is so rude) has an extremely bad attitude towards customers. On the evening of August 29, 2024, around 9pm, I came to buy moon cakes. I chose to buy a special box of 6 as shown on the price list hanging in the store. There was 1 moon cake because it was out of stock, the store replaced it with another type at the same price. She said I didn't understand so I asked again, so she started to glare at me... I ignored it, accepted to buy. Then when it came to putting the cake in the box, she quickly closed the box. I told her to show me the cake to check how it was. It felt like buying a box of cakes as a gift but not being able to see the cake, not being able to see what the box looked like.... she glared at me again.

I saw that the left corner of the box was torn.

I said: This box is torn at the corner, dear.

She said: That's how it is  , I said it was torn clearly, how could it be like this, it just changed me another box, during the whole process of buying the cake, it was extremely rude, not only to me but I saw that the previous customer also had the same attitude... I also intended to make a fuss right then, but I thought there were a lot of customers, it would be a waste of time to affect the shop!

I suggest that Nhu Lan check the camera that day and re-educate their staff, don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch, a brand that has been built for many years hired a rude person to work, speaking arrogantly to customers like that! I should not have bought the cake right from the moment it showed such an attitude to customers! I brought the box of cake home without knowing if I was going to buy cake or to beg.... this is the first and last time I use Nhu Lan brand products! I will tell this story to everyone, so that next time they come to buy something and encounter this situation, it will be resolved...

One of the selling points of this restaurant(shop) is the variety of the food they offer to customers. There are many places in town where you can find better taste of banh mi, better Pho noodle, better chicken rice than the food of this restaurant. But you may not find any place where they offer most kind of local street food in one restaurant. For me, taste and quality of the food serving here is only acceptable with the reasonable price. It could be a perfect place for friends and family where everyone doesn't have to eat the same dish at one specific street food place. You can have banh mi while your friends can order noodle, spring roll, pho or rice. Beside of the various kind of food they offer, you can buy processed food such as ham, sausage, liver pate, bacon, etc. Also you can find snacks or sweets as souvenir. Again the taste is only at the acceptable average level but reasonable price. In case you come and visit the city as a group or family in short period, this shop could be a good destination to eat and shop many things so you don't have to go here and there. Today, I had roasted pork on rice (Suon Bi Cha) and the taste is above the average at the price of 50K. The dish...

Today, I had a chance to try the famous Banh Mi Nhu Lan, and it did not disappoint! I ordered two types of sandwiches: the fresh baguette with braised pork and the fresh baguette with xiu mai (Vietnamese meatballs). Both were delicious and left a strong impression. The fresh baguette was soft and chewy, providing a perfect base for the flavorful fillings.

The braised pork was tender and well-seasoned, melting in my mouth with each bite. It paired beautifully with the fresh bread, making every bite rich and satisfying. The xiu mai, on the other hand, had a delightful savory taste with a hint of sweetness, just the way it should be. Each xiu mai meatball was juicy, tender, and full of flavor.

Prices here are reasonable for the quality; the fresh baguettes are 40,000 VND, while the regular baguettes are 30,000 VND. Both options offer great value for a delicious and filling meal.

Overall, Banh Mi Nhu Lan lives up to its reputation. With fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a fair price, this place is a must-visit for any Banh Mi lover. The variety and quality make it worth coming back to explore...
