I'm so down with this place. I could easily see myself coming here at least once a week. I like their sandwiches too much. For me it's the bread: crusty and fresh. I don't know what it is really - texture I guess. I'm taking some home with me next time I'm here. For lunch yesterday, I decided to try something else on the menu and had the salmon: flavorful and moist - kind of flaky too. I'm trying to go vegan and starting out slowly so only on Wednesdays right now which is tomorrow. Yeah, I think I'm coming back tomorrow for that salmon again. Been chatting with the owner Lam every time I come, very personable guy from the states. When he talks about his restaurant, his menu and everything, you can tell me he is an informed man who thinks things through. He doesn't just slap everything together and hope for the best. Saw his wife and kid here too so this is a family business which something I've always had an affinity for. I don't know why, for some reason I like supporting them even though I never had any. 🚨The quantity/price ratio is very bad as indicated in the other comments. €5.70 for the sandwich in the photo 😱🤯
On the other hand, the quality is rather present although the bread of the first sandwich that I tested was clearly slightly stale😨. This is why they had it reheated. This is not acceptable in a restaurant.🤦♂️
The second sandwich was very good. On the other hand, the third was clearly empty....the quantity of the filling was clearly not sufficient... 🤷🏻♂️
The price of the sandwiches is higher than the price in France: €5.70 per unit for 1/4 of a baguette😱 The price is not justified given the quantity.
😱and they don't offer a carafe of water! that on the other hand is not normal at all especially when you have had wine...🙄
The decoration is nice but not out of the ordinary either👌🏻

The size of the double is good, the size of the regular is a little small (length is the same, but it wasn't really stuffed - that could be just the choice of sandwich).
I had a club baguette (245K/$9.75). The chicken seemed dry, and it was pretty bland as if it was from the fridge since morning or longer than that. Same goes for the bacon in the sandwich (did not taste like freshly fried/made bacon).
As a sandwich, with the bread, it was just tough to chew.
The Goat & Bacon (180K$7.20) was also kind of disappointing. The bacon was also not fresh tasting (I'm sure it's standard bacon for all the sandwiches). There was goat cheese under the bacon. I don't have goat cheese often. At least for this one, it's just like feta cheese (texture). Also, kind of hard to chew
Seems like a standard D1 place. Coupled with the prices, I'm looking elsewhere. Maybe the burgers...
