JUICETIN — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Tasteless drinks, we ordered 9 drinks and all of them needed extra sugar to have some taste. I drink lots of bubble tea, juice and coffee shops from VN, Thailand and the US and I can assure you that the drinks here prices range around $45,000 to $70,000 are not worth it. Better get yourself drinks from the small vendors on the street! Much better and cheaper! Oh and it is not clean as well! The customer service was the worst, I was welcomed with an “attitude” even though we came before closing time an hour or two early. My family can tell that they were un-happy with our presence! The juice itself tastes good, nutritious, and priced well. But what makes Juicetin a cut above the rest is the staff. Why? I roamed around the Post Office and Notre Dame Church when it started raining. I am partly soaked with the rain because I don't have an umbrella, but I am wearing a water resistant jacket. I went to Juicetin to buy juice and also to stay there until the rain stops. It was very thoughtful for the staff especially the supervisor/manager to hand me paper towels to dry myself up. 5 stars for the Juice itself (I had a Cheetah) 0 stars for the near miss of an injury. Check the attached pictures, put my hand down to move the chair and found the seat not attached to the frame? No screw holes or screws even came out when it collapsed, lucky nothing major happened. Do better with basic health and safety!
