One of the worst La Viet coffee shop. I've been experienced the wait for more than 3 times, and it's too much, usually take up to 30 minutes for a single cup of ca phe sua da. And they didn't have any words about the issues, both employee at the store and owners. I think they don't even see it as a problem because it seems happened from day 1.
2nd complain is about the door lock in the male toilet was broken for at least one month, now it fixed. But letting that door not fixed for that long time is an unusual manner for services business.
3rd and 4th is not a complaint but more like a feedback. 3rd, outside food is not allowed is okay, it's a common practice. But the way the policy or the employee treat their customer is not nice enough. Like many people here leaving bad review here, the attitude or the words of the employee was a bit rude or thoughtless. As a customer, I believe there are many people understand the outside food banned rule and accept it. As a business, it's better to know it and give their customer better offers: like more food choices, or seats outside for guests who didn't know about it at first. 4th, paper used at the hand washing sink should be the hard-paper type, there's a fixed type for this purpose. The current is so soft and make people using a lot and also it sticks onto their...
Read moreA place only feels like home when you’re with the right people... Marking a year of visiting this coffee shop - La Viet - almost every day, the young, dedicated souls working here have made me feel like the luckiest girl. And I think they should know this. They deserve to know how truly valuable they are, for what they do and the life they bring into this space—at least to me. More than just serving a legitimately delicious cup of Vietnamese coffee, the staff here always go the extra mile to make me feel welcomed. They’ve had to, unavoidably, listen to my stories—whether surprising, joyful, or unexpectedly sad—while making me little cheering drinks like this cutely presented lemon tea. Meanwhile, simply, just seeing a customer enjoy their coffee or snap a picture of their latte art can light up their day—no matter what unfortunate things they might be facing during the day. The greenery, both inside and outside area, is conscientiously taken care of. Just look at how sweet these little plants and pots are when the sun shines on them. So this is my ‘thank-you’ note, but also a little confession to YOU, whoever has met and served me. I hope it inspires you, recharges your battery for a hardworking day, and reminds you to believe in yourself a...
Read moreThis morning I waited nearly half an hour (ordered at 8:32, got the coffee at 9:00) for my very simple milk coffee. They explained it was because "bị dập đơn"?? Usually it was really fast. Sometimes I had to wait 10-15min, but that was still acceptable. But 30min for a coffee during morning time, when people always have other important things to do, is really horrible service! 30min for a coffee, that must be a new record. This Là Việt Bà Huyện is getting worse and worse. The young girl at the cashier is always sharp in her tonge to customers. I never experienced such service at other Là Viêt branches. Is this a beginning of decline for such a fast rising franchise? Hard to say. But if they keep this standard of service, sure we all know...
