Took my daughter to this kids cafe today as it's opened recently. The place was new and quite quiet which was a good thing. I've ordered a chip and an almond latte where I double checked with the staff if it's sweet as I didn't like my coffee being sweet. She confirmed no and placed the order. When the coffee's out, it looked pretty and creamy then I had a sip, it tasted so sweet. I talked to the staffs, they said they didn't put any sugar in there, the sweetness was from the almond milk and there was nothing they could do about this. So I returned the coffee, it was too sweet to drink to be honest. When I checked out at the counter, the staff said she would charge 50% for my coffee and it was because of the almond syrup which made the coffee that sweet and I should have ordered something else like the Americano. I don't understand how it could be the customer's fault in the end. Said nothing, I just had the bill paid and left but honestly it was a horrible experience with the service. I hope the cafe could give some further training to their staffs, at least they should have known better about their menu to advise the customers and a better manner to handle such complaints. For sure, I won't either come back or recommend this to any...
Read moreTo be honest, this is terrible idea of doing business to begin with. If you charge for my kids to play per hour, it would be reasonable to allow me to sit down and watch them. Furthermore, the quality of the food is below par, with some dishes that should be freshly cooked, such as cơm sườn, cá hồi nướng, bò lúc lắc, appearing on the menu when it seems like their kitchen only has an air-fry oven/microwave. It appears that everything they sell is pre-packaged and reheated before serving to the customers, reminiscent of airplane food. While my kids enjoy the place, I find this treatment of adults...

Our 4 year old daughter had an amazing time with lots of play options... Dress and make up area, ball pit with actual decent and responsive screen game, awesome kitchen and shopping area, ice cream shop and cart, activities and engineering area, but I think the highlights for her were the (real) donought decorating (and then eating) and having her nails painted.
Place was immaculately clean and very well organised, cool and relaxing, not overly busy, and kids were not rough or pushy. Yes it's more expensive than other indoor play areas, but we'll and truly worth it. Decent food and drink options, a really great cold brew coffee...
