MZ Club - Live Music — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Seriously, from the photo can you guess how my beef is done? Ordered a medium well but it came almost solid cooked. Ya .. that's 95% cook and the beef is solid like a stone. Another thing to noted about the beef is that it was supposed to be 200g. But by looking at my 2 fingers measuring the size you can know it is definitely not. The Tom Yum soup presentation looks well but tastes more like lemongrass soup.

After reading above regarding why it is so bad and why am I not giving 1 star. Because you have to give the extra star to their service people. The waiters and waitresses are patient and attentive and not cooking well is the problem of the cook not those on servicing us. Also because it is so badly done, they did not charge us and cancel the orders else no matter how good is their service, I would not have given even one star.

Ask me if I would come again? Not sure but the answer is likely no cause there is another restaurant servicing much better steak. It is just 20 meters away. Only that the ambiance is not as nice as here and it is underground so you won't get that kind or brightness...

Just a place to kill some time. Not the best of the bars out in town. Waitresses do not hardsell the bar's products (thankfully). Still, the service here can be hit or miss. Singing by the live band feels more like someone shouting. The audio needs proper tweaking. Nice songs become so awful to the ear. Guys, you need to prep your audio and do some pre-performance check. It's really awful at times. Not everyone come to drink with waitresses and hostesses There are people who really come down for the live performance and it is near awful (at the point of this writing).

PS: Comments to the owner/ management, the singing could be better. Most (or all) patrons don't feedback, but the audio is really bad. Thanks for taking into account...
