I came here twice and it gave me very very bad experience

First: They’re lack of rule on how to behave in the cf shop to maintain peace for every customer I went here at night, sitting by the bar. And there was tons of youngsters taking pictures with FLASH without any consideration about others. While Okkio intentions are dim light, the flash continuously flash keeps disturbing our eyes and the sound of the camera is also annoying and stressed me out. The staffs seem like get used to it and don’t give a shit.

Second: Don’t care about the customer They don’t allow us to other downstairs and just allow us to other at out seats, which is ok IF they really go to our table to take the oder lol. We have to go upstairs cus there’s no table left downstairs and NO ONE GO UPSTAIRS, NO ONE, No ONE GO THERE TO TAKE OUR ORDERS.

We left and no one even say anything lol. I guess the store itself is famous enough so that they don’t need any nobody customers...

probably the best Egg Coffee there is out there! highly recommend to check out this place as they do good coffee

service wise however - it must have been an off day for them - i requested a glass of ice, it took over 30mins to receive it (including two reminders). they had multiple staff just standing around, so they definitely werent too busy to grab the glass of ice! secondly, i went to pay with my credit card, they then realised my bill was already paid... they realised they charged the wrong person the wrong bill. they asked me to wait but they held on my credit card... i stood and waited for their resolution... 10mins later, without speaking a word to me, my credit card had been charged staff should at least speak to their customers advising what's going on before charging someone's card without them knowing!

despite the fact - and hopefully being a once off unique situation - i still highly recommend Okkio for...
