Melina — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Pricey for the quality that you get. Requested for a deposit of 1 million VND. We asked for the cancellation via Agoda when we saw the room as the room has no airflow. We booked it for 2 nights but the manager of this place didn't accept the cancellation at all even though we didn't even check into the room. We asked to speak with the manager and were asked to send the email instead because it was the weekend!

3 stars for 2 stars hotel. This hotel is so much better than 3-4 stars hotels in Australia. I was lucky to find this place. Room is clean, services is good with friendly staff. Small hotel in center of District 3, few minutes from Turtle lake and that area is always busy even 12am. Also take only 10 minutes walking to Independence Palace, 20 mins walking to Nguyen Hue street with many foods and drinks restaurants. Strongly recommend! Staff was helpful and welcoming. Assisted in gathering luggages and even during check out process, helped loaded luggages and bags into car. Room itself was very spacious for the price we paid.
