Phuc Long Tea & Coffee — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

This is like a national brand coffee of Vietnam, the real Vietnamese tradition of serving BOTH coffee and FREE fresh pure tea is a MUST and it is expected but this no longer been serve anymore. So sad.

Tea leaves cost almost NOTHING so cheap yet they cut cost this which is so ilogical non negotiable matter.

Price is overpriced. Tea are mixed with too many additives syrups. Eeew. Cheaper Natural tea that is fragrant is all we need, like Mixue oolong and lemon 15k. No option for cheaper HEALTHIER pure tea as well. The coffee is cheaper, rather the fruit teas are priced higher. So we are force to buy the The caphe den da which is so headache and stomach draining with heavy acidity, taste sour, no good to drink. Just buy caphe to unwind. The design of cafe is really good, bidet washer toilet, chargers, they now reduce the size of tables which is so good idea, it feels boring sitting big table very old fashion. A real Wood grain texture smaller kind of tables and chair is the trending much better design concept. A little Vintage. The overall interior design are very good. But the main counter always occupy the entire ground floor - this is so bad Lately some new renovation now provide small tables with chargers though - very nice.

Must have option for outdoor al fresco each store, never occupy the level 1 with such huge counters with staff inside - this is so UNinviting trust me. People want to see people, we dont want to go up away hidden. The ground floor must have mainly plenty of those small tables. Please.

And because i care, pls adjust the taste of cafe da with choco bitter...

i chose a new drink of the store recommended by the staff here. trà sữa nhãn sen. it's so good. really good. good drink with reasonable price. the staff are also really nice, helpful and handsome :)))) haha. but the there're 02 things i hope the store could improve. 1st is the music of the store, it's too loud. the staff are still nice. when i asked him could the music be turned down, it's welcomed, but for me, it's still too loud, and i'm just afraid to ask for smaller volume. that's why i chose to write in this review. hope that the management could notice this. due to in addition to the purpose of talking to friends, there's still people who work & study when they come to a coffee shop. too loud music, even when they use earphone, the music still overwhelmed, that reduces the willingness of such people, like me, to choose that coffee shop to be my next destination. 2nd one is the light of the store. it's quite dark, haha. i saw that there're some lights broken down. if all the lights are working as they're, properly the store would not be that dark. thank you so much for your good drink. i just hope that these thinking are constructive to you. no intend to chê or anything...

Normally I rated all Phuc Long places 4 stars. This one will be an exception. Great view, I have to say, good drink and helpful staffs. But without rest room or any mean of wash your hand, no tissue at all... just alcohol spray and that is it. I remember they used to have sugar and paper tissue together, on the shelter. I don't know is this their way of cutting cost and maximize profits ? Definitely I don't want to go back here since hygiene is the most basic need. May be some other Phuc Long places, but not here. By the way, the nearest rest room is on the walking street, about 100m...
