Showed up to eat at 7:15pm. They had three big tables out together for different reservations each reserved for 8:30pm. Out of these tables there were 6-7 small tables they could have separated or just as easily sat people at prior to the 8:30pm reservation late. Remind you I arrived at 7:15pm.
I spoke to a girl who said she was the manager. I even asked her how long a wait would be for two seats at the bar. She couldn’t tell me.
I recommend getting a new manager. I have managed many restaurants and it is pretty easy to give an estimated wait time for customers.
You Sola re losing money by denying customers because you are keeping tables reserved for hours at a time even though there is plenty of time for those customers to sit and eat.
Not only are you losing money but now customers that won’t show up again unless proper management is retained. This was a huge turn off for me and my girlfriend. Wasted 30 minutes of time and still on the way to go get food all because the manager doesn’t realize she could have easily sat us there and still been able to keep the reservation for 8:30pm. Even if she was to just say you have to leave...
Read moreWe are a group of 7 gathered here to welcome our friend who’s just back from states. This place is in Thai Van Luong street, outside of Japanese town. It’s under the basement of a building. We went at 9 pm on Monday and the restaurant was still packed. It’s best to book a table in prior to your visit. Foods and drinks were okay. We tried our Getshu sake, it was sweet and smooth. We ordered several dishes starting from skewers set, takoyaki, grilled salmon, sashimi set, egg rolls, etc., The waitress may serve the food you’re not ordered by mistake. So just stay alert. This place is not noisy though they play some music. If you wanna gather with friends for late night chat and drink, this place is highly recommended. The price for food and drinks are...
Read moreGreat service, very attentive to customer's needs and constantly checking to see if you need anything else. The restaurant serves really good Yakitori, full assortment ranges from heart/liver/gizzard/tongue/skin/thigh and more. Skewers are well grilled, good control of charcoal fire and thus, meat are not burned, very very tasty. The Onigiri is delicious, crunchy on the outside and inside is soft, and grilled to perfection.
Visited the restaurant 3 times during the most recent trip, very enjoyable. We had Sapporo and Suntory Whisky Highball to pair with the food. Food is not expensive too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good experience, great food and...
