Starbucks Saigon Centre — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Yeah these people got my order wrong. They called me up to get my cake and told me they would bring over the coffee to my table when it was finished. When it didn't come, I got up to ask for it, but it was left on their counter unfinished being made. They finally finished it and brought it over to me some additional minutes later. Guess what: the coffee was tepid and not hot, but that's really the problem as I ordered an iced coffee. Then the girl who brought it over lamely apologizes. I wonder if I can only apologize if my credit card doesn't go through and I can't pay for it. So the bottom line is these kids here dire need adult supervision. I ordered a pink drink requested for extra caramel drizzle and I pretty sure they charged me for that! I told them my name but some how the drink turned out with no name the asked me to show them my receipt even though the cashier already told the barista that was my drink! Anyway she gave me the drink with no extra caramel drizzle around the cup like what I requested and paid for! This morning I stopped by Starbucks Saigon Centre. Because of jetlag I was a bit out of it and forgot to say I needed my drink hot (I’ve got a sore throat, so iced was bad for me). When my name was called, I was shocked to see an iced cup in front of me. Totally my fault, but the male barista noticed and kindly offered to switch it for a hot one.
