I ordered two drinks — the egg coffee and the salty matcha in Japanese style. The egg coffee was excellent! But the matcha had a strong fishy taste. I couldn’t drink it, and after the first sip I asked the manager if it was supposed to taste that way or not.

Unfortunately, the service — and the understanding of what service means — was completely lacking. I asked to replace the drink with another one, which was actually cheaper, but my request was denied. Then I asked for a refund, and that was also refused. They insisted that since I chose the drink, it couldn’t be removed from the system.

Maybe the kind of service I’m referring to is expected in a more upscale places — but a project can’t claim to be five-star if, when a guest doesn’t like a product and immediately expresses this, calmly and in good faith, hoping the issue will be resolved, they end up having to defend and justify themselves as a customer.

And about the food — the matcha situation is clear. Maybe it’s meant to taste that way, but it really has a fishy flavor.

The egg coffee was excellent — 10 out of 10.

The crab toast, on the other hand, was odd and nothing like the photo in the menu. It was just two pieces of bread with a strange, almost flavorless paste and some melted...

Pờ Cafe is a delightful gem that brings the unique flavor of Huế's salt coffee to the bustling streets of Saigon. The café stands out with its charming and cozy ambiance, offering a perfect blend of traditional and modern decor that makes it an inviting place to relax.

The highlight of Pờ Cafe is undoubtedly its signature salt coffee. This intriguing drink offers a harmonious balance of rich, robust coffee and a subtle hint of salt, creating a flavor profile that is both unique and unforgettable. It's a must-try for anyone looking to explore new coffee experiences.

The menu also includes a variety of other beverages and snacks, ensuring there's something for everyone. The friendly and attentive staff add to the overall pleasant experience, making sure each visit is enjoyable.

Pờ Cafe provides a comfortable setting with both indoor and outdoor seating options, making it an ideal spot for catching up with friends or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a good cup of coffee. If you're in Saigon and looking for a unique coffee experience, Pờ Cafe is definitely...

This is a great little cafe. The fitout is quirky, perhaps a bit overdone, but there are lots of nice details to look at.

The black coffee I ordered ended up being an iced black coffee. It was great

My partner had the egg coffee, which was kind of like a cross between a creme brulé and a tiramisu. Quite sweet but a real treat.

Some conplain about having to pay for the lift, 3000 each. This equates to 20 cents, and if you really want, you can ask for this to be refunded when paying for drinks.

Building is great too, very unusual to have so many cafes in one residential building. A real attraction.

Not all of the other cafes are as good as this one. The prices at Po were pretty standard with other local cafes, 35k for iced cofffee (~$2.5) and 55k for egg coffee.

Music was pretty decent, too. Often hard to find in Vietnam.

Great place, really generous and nice staff. Well...

This coffee shop may not have the views the other shops have but you come here for the coffee! We had the egg milk and egg coffee combo. This is without a doubt the best egg coffee we’ve had. They go step further than most shops by torching the top layer giving it a crème brûlée top leaving nice toasted sweet candy treat at top of the foam. The service is top notch. They give you water on the side and with the hot coffee give you separate cups of ice that you may use to try your coffee iced. The baristas were very kind and attentive. Service I’m used to in United States. We ended up ordering another coffee to go. We’ve been to several cafes in the cafe apartment but in terms of purely good coffee this is the best one!
