I recently had the pleasure of dining at 21 Grams Vegetarian, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion.

I decided to try their famous egg coffee, and it was nothing short of amazing! The unique blend of flavors was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. It was a delightful twist on traditional coffee that I can't recommend enough.

For my main course, I opted for the pasta, and it was simply divine. The dish was expertly prepared, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. The sauce was rich and savory, and the pasta was cooked to perfection—al dente and full of flavor. It’s clear that the chefs at 21 Grams take great pride in their craft.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

Adding one more line after I provided my feedback, the response I received was that “try to see things objectively.” While I respect that different viewpoints exist, this response left me feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than genuinely considered. “I wouldn’t recommend going there — customer feedback isn’t welcomed, and instead of addressing concerns, they make you feel at fault while insisting they are always right.”

My experience at 21 Grams vegetarian was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I went there with my family, we clearly requested two meals and 4 coffees. However, the server brought us three meals instead. When we pointed out the mistake, rather than addressing it politely, the server argued with us and insisted that we had ordered three meals. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. What made the situation even worse was the server’s arrogant attitude and racist behavior throughout the interaction. His conduct made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Amazing food! All vegetarian restaurant with vegan dishes clearly labelled vegan. Some appetisers/sides aren’t labelled vegan but when I asked they were able to tell me which is. I ordered the Hongkong Rice and Enoki Mushrooms. It was amazing! The rice bowl was so flavourful and came with a soup, some watermelon and soy sauce. The enoki mushrooms were also so flavourful and tasty with a sauce drizzled over them which was slightly spicy. The whole meal was incredible and the waiter was so friendly and helpful. They take cash or card too. Would go back and would 100% recommend!
