My friend had an incredibly awkward and embarrassing experience here! She arrived sooner than our group to film a short makeup vlog. About 30 minutes after she started, a staff approached and told her that applying makeup were not allowed. This interaction left her feeling incredibly embarrassed for two main reasons: She was in the middle of applying her makeup, with only foundation on. This made her very uncomfortable, as she felt vulnerable and wasn't ready to interact with anyone! The staff's attitude made her feel at fault. There was no apology? Polite explanation? And the tone was unwelcoming and accusatory!

The situation could have been handled much better. When she set up her tripod and large bag of makeup stuff, you guys should have informed her of the rules immediately. Instead, you chose to wait until she was in a vulnerable state to confront her? That's not on any purpose?

Based on this experience, I would caution visitors to consider carefully before visiting. Avoid if you want to be treated...

My most favourite cafe in Saigon! The ambience is great for working or meeting up with friends, enough white noise and not overly crowded. Background music playlist is very chilled and relaxing.

The coffee bean range here is quite wide and roastings are just perfect for the taste you prefer. I love the 1st and 2nd blends on the menu, machine made latte just hits the spot, flavourful but not too intense, smooth and creamy, like the ones I used to have in Australia. Very impressed with the croissant, the texture is what it's supposed to be, not like other places, the pastries here are made properly, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside and not crazy sweet, they got nice buttery smell. Brownie is good too. They have oat milk if you want to go for nut milk option.

I think the owner puts lots of effort and the staff has passion for coffee, I already recommended this place to many of my friends who were visiting Saigon from overseas. Keep up the...

☕️ Drinks: I got the best selling cappuccino (something foam on it) and it taste quite good

🪑 Space: Overall spaces are quite small. However, there is a lot greenery so one might find this place to be tranquil. There are outdoor and indoor area. The indoor area is pretty small and easily got crowded. When people talked, you will hear their voices echo which make the space pretty noisy hence might not be best for working. The outdoor space have a benches, small table with chair in front and a nook. I came here on a rainy day so the small table and the benches are mostly wet. I’m lucky to get the nook. The nook is very cosy with 2 leather chairs and big arms so you can put your laptop on to work/study. Since this is an outside area, people smoke as well.
