Tito Apartment — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I had the pleasure of staying at Tito Homestay in Ho Chi Minh City this past week, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home.

Location: Nestled in a vibrant part of the city, Tito Homestay is perfectly positioned. It's close enough to the bustling markets, historic sites, and nightlife, yet it offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Getting around was a breeze, with several local attractions within walking distance and easy access to Grab transport for further explorations.

Accommodation: The rooms are a blend of comfort and style. The decor reflects a tasteful mix of modern amenities with traditional Vietnamese touches, creating an inviting atmosphere. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep after days of exploration. The air conditioning was a godsend during the hot afternoons, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for staying connected.

Hospitality: The staff at Tito Homestay deserve special mention. Their friendliness and readiness to assist with any query or need were exceptional. Their knowledge of the city's hidden gems was invaluable.

Value for Money: Considering the location, service, and the quality of the accommodations, Tito Homestay offers excellent value. It's an affordable option without compromising on comfort or convenience, making it ideal for travelers looking to experience Ho Chi Minh City authentically without breaking the bank.

Additional Perks: The rooftop area houses a washing machine. It's use was included.

In conclusion, my stay at Tito Homestay was memorable for all the right reasons. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a small group, this homestay provides a welcoming, comfortable base from which to explore this dynamic city. I would definitely recommend Tito Homestay to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to returning on my next trip.

Je suis allé plusieurs fois au Vietnam,, ma principale préoccupation est de trouver un endroit sûr et sécurisé où vivre. Heureusement cette fois, quelqu'un m'a montré cet endroit. Il s'agit d'un emplacement central proche de toutes commodités. Même si cette installation est situé dans une ruelle, celle -ci est assez particulière car très aérée et sécuritaire. Vue l'ensemble de cette installation de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, personnellement, je n'ai rien à redire, juste très reconnaissant. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était très privée et calme. De plus, la chambre est tout neuve et équipée de commodités modernes (informations que je connais personnellement, .... le propriétaire est architecte et artisan qualifié). La toilette est situé même dans la chambre mais la particularité est qu'elle ne dégage aucune mauvaise odeur et est très aérée. Et c'est une autre compétence et technique de l'hôte. Ah, j'ai oublié de vous dire que la chambre est équipée d'un coffre-fort, mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé car je pensais que ce n'était pas nécessaire. Il y a bien d'autres points positifs à mentionner, mais je pense que vous devriez en faire l'expérience pour en juger par vous-même. Très méritant une note de 5...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jedem die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr nett - wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich und vor allem sehr herzlich.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte einen kleinen Balkon, was viel Licht in das Zimmer gebracht hat und eine schöne Stimmung erzeugt hat.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel allgemein war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem kann man dort seine Wäsche kostenlos waschen, Wasser wird gestellt genauso wie Shampoo und Duschgel.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum allerdings befinden sich direkt in der Nebenstraße einige süße Cafés. Wir können bspw coffe hut, coconut cofe (cafe & boutiquegeschäft in einem), okyio cafe. Falls ihr dort seid, holt euch auf jeden Fall eine Kokosnuss und ein Orangensaft neben dem veganen Bahn mi um die Ecke von der Straßenverkäuferin. Wir waren dort jeden Tag, weil das so lecker und frisch war. 🤤

Obwohl die Lage nicht im Zentrum war, kann man sich günstig ein Grab holen oder auch in 30 Minuten in die Stadt laufen.
