This is my first time updating a past review. I didn't want to write too harshly on this shop because I thought they were bringing interesting desserts that you can see in other countries in Saigon and I respect their concept. However, after I read the shop's comment - I feel the shop don't have any respect to their customer.
The dessert had a quite large amount of liqueur compared to its size. The strong liqueur flavor overwhelmed the balance of the entire dessert. If you enjoy drinking alcohol and having the dessert together, you might find this dessert enjoyable.
Overall their alcohol based desserts are not well balanced in terms of taste. I have rated better because of their attention to detailed plating and their creativeness. Some tasted good and some didin't so I thought the taste could be improved but after reading their reply to my review I could only think I thought wrong. Their mention about the event too I only wrote about what I heard and experienced. Honestly my experience at the shop would have been better if they didn't have the event at all. What's the point of having an event if it can make people uncomfortable? I went there to pay a price and enjoy not to be mocked at. And I want to pay for what I want to eat. Maybe not all staffs know the exact rule of the event but I was introduced specifically that I needed to buy from their seasonal drink menu if I losed their "game". The shop seems very unprofessional in terms of customer service. (they charge a service fee btw)
If you are curious by all means try for once. But there are better places elsewhere with similar price or lower. If you are a tourist I'm sure you can find higher quality desserts in other countries with similar price range

The amount was too small for the price. I admit that there are many processes in each dessert, but the problem is that the amount is small. In particular, the amount of tiramisu was really small. I thought the quality of the drink was low for the price, and the amount was small. It tastes like cheap syrup and costs more than 150k. I don't think this is right.
The staff outnumbered the customers and it was noisy.
The event feels more like being teased than an event. If you win, you get to choose from a limited choice free drink and if you lose you're forced to buy their seasonal expensive drink. I really don't think this is right. Feels like a rip off since we already were willing to spend 2-3 dessert and drink which are not cheap. There was also a lucky draw but the prizes could be better considering the price I’m paying. (1 order per person minimum) And I got peanuts.
Nevertheless, I recommend visiting here because they design, make, and sell desserts with original ideas. They are expensive because they charge service fee and VAT with an already high price menu. But of high quality in terms of some ingredients and dessert ideas. You can find in here Vietnam, nitrogen-hardened cream dessert and...
Read moreOkay, so I’m having a hard time trying to give an appropriate review but I do feel it is only responsible for me to share my experience. I was dining at the upstairs area with my friend (barely anyone else was there at that time) and I caught one of the servers pocket my phone that I had put on the table as we were getting seated. Thankfully I got it returned and he claimed that I had left it the bar area (I was never sat there, I went straight from the waiting area to the upstairs dining area). There was a long back and forth between me and the server who was getting increasingly agitated and defensive, and the person who I assume is the manager offered complimentary desserts and an apology and assured us that they will check the CCTV. This aside, the desserts and drinks were absolutely delicious and if it hadn’t been for the incident, I would without a doubt return here and recommend the place to all my friends visiting HCM. The ambiance and interior was also great. I would really hate for the reputation of an establishment to be tarnished because of the action of a singular employee. The rest of the staff handled it very well and were very kind. I don’t know what happened to the employee and I’m not sure if the CCTV would even capture the incident given the position of our table, but it literally transpired in front of me. If I had turned my head just a second later, I wouldn’t have caught him red-handed. However, I trust the management would handle this employee to the best of their ability. If the CCTV does indeed capture the incident, I wouldn’t doubt they’d let go of...

There's certainly no monkeying around when it comes to sweet treats in this moody dessert bar, decorated with an inviting tropical theme that mirrors its inventive desserts. No details are missed, as they include a complimentary palate cleanser of salted lemon, ensuring you experience the chef's intended flavours. Constructed like a dazzling oasis, touched only by the beauty of nature, features a silky pandan sorbet infused with a rich and creamy coconut aroma at its focal point, accompanied by an equally smooth pandan pudding, spiced ginger syrup, pandan sponge, and taro cream noodles flanking the perimeter for a subtle texture contrast.
Complement that with a more grounded, earthy, and floral dessert for a compelling combination. Claiming the crown as the most unique matcha dessert, it is an artful interplay of bitterness, nuttiness and bright citrus. While the firm matcha mousse delivers a cream, floral bitterness, it is complemented by the nutty crisp of roast sesame genmaicha and toasted rice. In a dazzling haze of liquid nitrogen, matcha ice cream is flash frozen into little Dippin' Dots, each melting in your mouth with a deep green tea aroma. Then, the scattered yuzu cream brings an uplifting, zesty tang that cuts through the richness, keeping each...
