We had a good time at the restaurant, the balcony view was amazing when you can see the Walking Street during the night.

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience with the service, we booked a table in advance to make sure we would have a table on the balcony but when we arrived the staff informed us that the tables on the balcony had all been taken and we would have to sit inside. We were eventually moved to a balcony table but we had to wait and ask to move. The elevator also costs 3,000 Dong to use and the restaurant is on the 7th floor.
