Absolutely Pho-nomenal! I was skeptical about fusion food, especially when it comes to the most popular traditional Vietnamese dish, pho. However, as a truffle mushroom lover, I had to make a trip to The Yellow Cup to try their Pho in Truffle Mushroom Broth. To my pleasant surprise, the pho truffle did not disappoint. The broth was clear with a few specks of black truffle, barely visible to the naked eye. There was just a hint of truffle, so as not to overwhelm the gentle, familiar aroma of pho. I was floored. The oxtail and brisket were cooked perfectly, with the meat tender enough to fall off the bone yet still retaining a chewy texture. Each bowl contains only one kind of meat, and the cut is small. The venue consist of multiple floors. In the morning, you can come to enjoy a cup of cold brew (my favorite) on the ground floor. And at night, you can go to the second floor to try out a wide range of drinks from beers, cocktails, spirits to wine and sake.

I got my regular which is an oat latte, I was expecting more since its called “specialty” but the beans was meh and quite expensive for the quality. The pastry wasn’t special too, I was asking what’s inside the bread and he keeps saying its just butter but when I tried it there was a different filling in their that I couldn’t figure out what. Service was impeccable though, staffs were nice.
