First off the lady on reception during the night is very aggressive and seems to have a bad attitude. She ruined my experience straight away. The service itself was good at best, not great. I was taken to a room with 3 beds/chairs and told to change, from that point face was covered in cucumber. What proceeded was and ear cleaning which was good, however the nail clipping was not good, after seeing my feet after my nails were unevenly cut and filed. Massage was ok, but required me to move myself a lot which didn't let me relax. I understand you to massage my back but would it not make more sense to ask me to turn over rather than dig at my back. Led to a room to have some more massage and hair wash. Massage was good as it was a standing massage which hit the right points. Hair wash was good but was constantly watering my face with the towel on it which made it fell like she worked for the CIA and was waterboarding me. Good hair drying and styling at the end and a good coconut drink. Maybe this is the level of the girl and she did her best, maybe others offer better. But my rating is more based on the receptionist who ruined the mood to begin with. Maybe I will go again during the day to see if it is any different, just have to wait for my nails to...
Read moreI went by yesterday and had an amazing lady who was really focused and kind as she took care of me. I was super impressed. For my therapist, I would give 10 stars. I had the 110 minute spa treatment with the private room. The private room is actually 3 beds in the room with a small partition between the beds. This morning, I stopped by and asked about making an appointment with the same person again. They were busy and I was told to call. So in the afternoon I had my hotel call and make an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they don't take credit cards. And that because I "picked" the person for my spa plan, I had to pay an additional 100,000 dong. I was shocked and totally surprised. Honestly, I don't think that they want tourists there. I was the only foreigner or non-Asian person there. I love the service that I received from my spa therapist. However, I can't suggest going here with the lack of customer service, not being able to have the option of using a credit card and the...
Read moreOnly had 1 night in Saigon and had an early afternoon flight the next day. Thought I'd visit VIP since it was on my list of things to try. The service at front desk seemed very rushed even though no other customer was there and asked for money first as a response to every question I asked. Not sure if it's a language barrier thing. I wanted to know what's the difference between the 400k and 500k VIP service 110' min was. Didn't get an answer and just asked to pay first. I paid 500k for the 90 min service (400k) and didn't get any change so I thought sure thats fine I guess that was their tip?
Dona was the lady that helped me and she was very tiny cute at first. Lovely smile great service until she got to my back massage and saw my keloid scar on my shoulder. She kept pointing at it and it was almost like she was judging me and would not massage my shoulders because of it. Other than that service was OK. Would I come back? Maybe but there are other places that offer similar service I would try first before...
