One of expensive Shisha place here!! I don’t recommend you to visit it. $36 for Shisha!? I’m not in Saudi Arabia or USA TO pay such money! So, if you want to smoke go to walking street.

I can take picture while I was there, but I don’t want to take and post it. Doesn’t worth! Your response explained to me and all how is your attitude is bad and dealing with feedback from international customers. I saw all customer rate you with 1 star: you weren’t professional in your response and you don’t like any one to criticism your shop! You should accept every one can share his experience either you like it or you don’t like it. Good you show it now and glad not to order from you.

I’m guider and review most of places I’m visiting to give insights for visitors who want to visit such places. Funny if you don’t know the purpose of google guiders 🤣therefore, not your business how I manage and post review for places I’m visiting. You should focus on your shop and how to improve your attitude and responses with customer feedback.

Anyhow, if you care about your customer rate, you shall response in respectful and humble way to improve your customer experience and focus but such arrogance response approve you have an issue either in service or prices.

Unlike Malaysia, it’s not very common to find shisha lounge in Vietnam, but we still manage to experience Monkee Shisha lounge which is located in district 1 that offers you some alright shisha. There were not many available flavors to order, we were offered 4 mixed flavors and 2 mixed ones, however, melon & peach which are the lovely ones were finished, apple, salted lemon, lady killer (mixed fruit) and mint were left. The 2 mixed flavor of mint and lady killer is alright, not too special, however, it’s one of the shisha lounge in Saigon that provides the fine price and quality to try. The ambiance of the lounge is quite impressive with warm lights and colorful designs created a dark and mysterious atmosphere even though it’s not spacious, the lounge still can offer you a relaxing area to chill. My sister and myself just came here on our first day today, I really love the service they gave!! To be honest, they were so happy that we came. They provided us a bottle of water while waiting for the Shisha we ordered and drinks. On top of that, they gave us peanuts. What shocked me the most was the Shisha. This is my first time seeing the so stylish Shisha! They kept coming to us to ensure we are comfortable (the aircon temperature, the drinks and the free mooncake for us to taste). After awhile, they come back to us and ask myself to try out the claw machine for free for 1 time. When I failed to catch the bear, he asked me to try again for free. So I got the bear.
