One of the employees tried to give us the wrong change - we gave her 200 but she gave us change for 50. When we confronted her she kept showing us 50 note that we DID NOT pay. I mean we took the note out of a small purse so it was folded but the note she was showing us was very clean and unfolded. We insisted, and strongly said she gave us the wrong change. Then she eventually almost threw the correct change at us and the situation got sorted but was very unpleasant. This was the worst place to visit for a coffee so far in Vietnam and we’ve been doing this for ten days now. The service was bad, the order was completely wrong. Instead of 2 combos a banh mi and a smoothie we got a coffee, a smoothie and 1 banh mhi (for three big guys like us) the bread was dry, and bad. We had to leave since we already missed our appoint so payed for 3 items we never got. But the quality was so bad that it was ok. I will never go to this...

Nice place right aside a main road so it's really easy to find. The staff aren't exactly the best English speakers, which lead to us ordering a so called Phin Freeze Coffee (65.000), which turned out to be with loads of some strange jelly and as a consequence of this not too enjoyable for us.
