Sapa Indigo Restaurant was one of the highlights of my trip to Sapa! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches — wooden interiors, soft lighting, and traditional textiles that make you feel right at home in the mountains. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted fresh and full of authentic Northwest Vietnamese flavor. We especially loved the fried sweet potatoes — flavorful, and truly unique. They took the time to explain the dishes and even recommended local specialties we might have missed. Went to Sapa for a trip and found out that they specialize in Hot Por so we were recommended this place by a viet local and must say that it's Soo worth it The atmosphere is crazy good with live music!
