As a solo female traveler in my late 30s, I had high hopes when I was recommended to visit on the radio in Da Nang. However, my experience there was nothing short of a nightmare.

Upon entering the bar around 10pm, I was greeted by an overwhelming crowd and deafening noise levels that made conversation impossible. Desperately searching for a place to stand, I spotted an empty table and approached it, hoping to find some respite from the chaos.

In less than a minute, a waitress rudely shoved me aside and insisted that the table was reserved, despite no visible signs or indications. When I politely asked for assistance in finding a spot, she became increasingly aggressive, pushing me multiple times and verbally berating me in front of other patrons.

Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also alarming, as she seemed to be under the influence of drugs. Instead of offering help or guidance, she and two other waitresses resorted to physical intimidation, creating a hostile environment for me and other customers.

Furthermore, the atmosphere of the bar was deeply concerning, with apparent underage drinking and the presence of illegal substances. It was evident that the establishment lacked respect for tourists and basic courtesy towards its patrons.

I urge the management of place to review CCTV footage and address the unacceptable behavior of their staff. No one should be subjected to such mistreatment simply for trying to enjoy themselves in a public setting.

The services and way communication to customers are really bad, especially two girls at the receptionist + guys outside the bar.

Their rule of table booking is not clear. Firstly, employees told that no need to book the table, just need to arrive 15 mins before. Then when we came back 30 mins earlier than the show time, they refused to let us have a seat since all the tables were booked??!?? In fact, there were many blank tables.

I told that until 15 mins before the show, if the reserved tables are not filled, it was obvious that we could take one, but the receptionist girl threw a stupid answer that still cannot, even the show ends and the customers who booked don’t come 🙃 no other solutions provided 🙂 No sorries, nothing! I also questioned the way they make money with this style of arrangement.
